In 1984, the factory started in a simple workshop. At that time, the cosmetic glass packaging market was still in the initial stage of "as long as it works," but we set the original aspiration of "making packaging that can stand the test of time." Over the past 40 years, this original aspiration has evolved into strict standards throughout the entire production process.
Starting from raw material selection, we insist on using high-purity quartz sand, high-quality soda ash and other core raw materials. Each batch of raw materials must undergo 3 physical and chemical tests to ensure uniform glass texture, standard transparency and no impurities or defects. In the production link, we introduced natural gas oxygen-fired furnace technology to replace traditional coal-fired furnaces. This not only stabilizes the temperature inside the furnace above 1500℃ to ensure full glass melting, but also achieves compliance with environmental emission standards, enabling "high-end quality" and "green production" to go hand in hand.
In response to the special needs of cosmetic packaging, we have established 38 core testing indicators. From the wall thickness tolerance of the bottle body (controlled within ±0.1mm), impact resistance, to the sealing performance of the bottle mouth and printing adhesion, each glass bottle must go through double inspections: manual sampling inspection and full inspection by intelligent equipment. Over 40 years, we have served brand customers in more than 120 countries and regions. With a record of zero major quality complaints, we have become a long-term partner of many beauty brands.
II. Innovation-Driven: Comprehensive Breakthroughs from Technology to Design
While adhering to quality, we deeply understand that innovation is the key to the long-term development of an enterprise. Facing the trends of "personalization, high-endization and environmental protection" in the beauty industry, we have never stopped exploring.
In terms of technological R&D, we have set up a professional R&D team and accumulated 38 industry patents. According to the characteristics of different beauty products, we have developed special glass bottles suitable for essences, lotions, creams, essential oils and other categories. For example, the light-proof black glass bottles designed for essential oil products can effectively block ultraviolet rays and extend the product shelf life; the thick-walled embossed bottles created for high-end creams achieve three-dimensional textures on the bottle body through special mold technology, enhancing the product texture. At the same time, we have optimized the production process, shortening the cycle from design proofing to mass delivery to 7-15 days to meet the needs of brands for rapid iteration.
In terms of design innovation, we keep up with global beauty trends and launch diverse processes such as gradient spraying, frosted matte, hot stamping (gold and silver), and partial UV, supporting full-process customization services.
